Maybe. I wish they would post an argument. So far all we have are a few liberals run away in fear when someone talks about the constitution.

Right. But you must agree Exeter, that you are such a frightening foe that even those who have actually fought in uniform and faced the dragon (those who were in armed conflict will know the reference) and felt the fire and it's consequences - all in allegiance to the Constitution - will quake in fear of your demands to "stand and deliver"!

Which branch of service did you say you were in again that taught you it was treason to question the Constitution's flexibility of interpretation and allowance for amendment?

I'm mostly a moderate and decidedly a veteran and I want to thank you for teaching me something new. I never knew the Constitution wasn't supposed to be changeable. I mean, who knew that those 27 pesky things called "Amendments" weren't actually changes. Musta been some archaic use of the term, huh?

Was a letter favoring gun control signed by Reagan not posted in response? Doesn't sound like running away at all.

Oh, and we apparently haven't yet learned that when one reflexively interjects "liberal" into their retorts, it not only is simply obeying directives from familiar "fair and biased" media sources, it all but invalidates any potential beneficial use of such argument. Carry on.

And then of course there's those treasonous Supreme Court justices:
How a retired justice would change the Constitution

The nerve!

I'm wondering now. You think that justice John Paul Stevens guy ever took an oath to uphold the Constitution? And while we're wondering, what about that Ronald Reagan guy?

The RR guy took it and at least as seriously as any politician ever did in our lifetimes. JPS, I would hope so. I'm sure he took it but at his age (94), perhaps he doesn't remember it.

Is this a joke?

Are you aware of how many in this state demonize anyone's right to own a gun? Pure Ludacris.

No matter how they want to slice and dice it...they prefer their knives here.

Just pull out your blade in a pro gun state and see how far that will get you.
