Out of the top 20 US cities with highest foreclosure rates nationwide, 11 different California cities are on it, making California the state with the most cities among the top 20 in the nation with foreclosures galore.

Given California's size and how many single family homes are in California due to its sprawling suburbs, this isn't surprising.

That report is 3 years old. If you want a state with a high foreclosure rate, you may have better luck looking elsewhere. Nice try though
