Year lease agreement in California-no tenant signature (2014, attorney)

I need some clarification on the binding terms of my lease agreement. I have not approached the landlord yet as I would like to have all the knowledge before ending a year lease pre-maturely. I understand that normally you would be held responsible for all months rent that were still stated in the lease terms. Upon reviewing my lease, it appears to me as though I never signed the lease. I have initials on the bottom of each page but on the final page I have the landlords signature and it appears as though I had forgot to sign?

Looks like this:

Guarantor (print name): Ashley xxxxx Date: 10/30/2014
Guarantor:_____________________

From what I can tell, I should have my signature on the line below my printed name?

I don't know the legality, you would need to call an attorney. But if I were you I would feel better if I honored the intent of the lease rather than try to find a technicality to break it. If you need to move early why not just talk to your landlord?
