^^ This!

In the olden days, no one called it "politically correct". We called it "being polite and respectful to others." And in the olden days, only children whined about having to be polite and respectful to others.

But we are a state that has something for everybody, so check out Jefferson, IE, or jewels like Santee for your pleasure.
Well, since I'm not an Anglo heterosexual male, I can get away with saying a lot of things that your average WASP heterosexual male can't say. It's only when I'm with fellow Mexicans that I have to censor myself. But even then, it's only the mentally retarded leftist Mexicans who try to censor me because to them, I'm the Mexican version of an unPC redneck.

Do tell us you're not extolling the virtues of Trump to your Mexican friends? This would = "Bad decision".

What do you mean? Acting like that dam moron who has done Latin Americans living in the U.S a big favor by uniting us all against one common enemy (which is rare and we usually fight more each other). I'm not stupid like that fake bombastic real estate scammer. All he knows what to do is say stupid **** for ratings (which is most of the main-stream media anyway).

Back to the OP's question….
[quote= how can any middle class person afford to live there?[/QUOTE]

I joined the middle class society in 1970 after H.S. by entering the work force full time. I followed the social rules, our laws, stayed healthy, paid my mortgages and paid my dues. Worked for me and the majority of the folks I know.
Now retired, subsidized programs, entitlements, a pension and a rental income covers my classification.
Folks having trouble and saying how bad it is must have tried working some different angle. Should have got with the program I'm thinking.
