I paid $4.43 yesterday at Arco, $95.00 to fill up my truck, Shell and others are in the $4.57 range, went to the store today, a basket of food was $200.00 where it was costing me a little over a hundred dollars last year. Looks like the Roaddog family will be eating soup soon.

In Susanville diesel hit the $5 mark last week, and I am sure bynow its higher then that. The cheapest gas station in town has 87 for $4.60.

The prices in the San Fernando Valley (or at least at the gas stations I saw on my way home from work today) are between $4.51 (Arco) to $4.71 (Mobil), with most stations being right around $4.60 for regular.
The pattern seems to be that prices rise steadily for three weeks or so, and then stay there for ten days before rising again.
