More people are killed by cars, so lets ban those?

There are a LOT of nuts driving and no back ground check, mental stability check, etc. In fact who really needs a real license in CA, just claim to be an illegal, give a false address and .... ???

Paranoia should be a disqualifying mental disorder from gun ownership.

Lightbulb 2nd Amendment

Throughout the history off mankind, societies under attack increased defense and a call to arms.
As a society we have lost common sense IMO. We are choosing to ban lawful citizens from carrying a concealed weapon that could/should be a first response to these mass shooters. We have always embraced the good guy that comes out of the shadows, but now seem we are afraid of our own shadows.

since no one wants to deny FA even to those destined for mental institutions, im wondering why business establishments like malls, clubs etc don't require security guards to screen and deny entry to people with FAs? even airports don't have guards with metal detectors. everybody can enter and cause mayhem if they choose to.

Not that long, apparently.

Brown has already veto'd in the past. He'd have to explain why his previous logic is now invalid.
