For some. My wife and I could easily afford the cost in monetary terms, but the constant pressure from traffic, crowding and new regulations every 10 minutes finally drove us out. We still visit and will be in SoCal again later in the year. We enjoy what we want and then ... leave. Costs less on the wallet and nerves. Love the State but I grew up when it was a better place to live. Many have no idea what it was like.
