These numbers are amazing. Most of the state is in a buying frenzy.

Data for April was released today. The most expensive counties saw the biggest rise in sales overall, most doubling.

You sure seem to be obsessed with money. If it's not the price of homes, it's the number of millionaires and billionaires living in the state. What the deal? Every thread you start has to do with it.

Definitely Riverside County is still undervalued. San Bernardino County has an issue with Barstow, CA home prices together.

And people wonder why some would consider Bakersfield.

Stanislas County has no business being that much higher than Fresno county. I guess it’s just the closer proximity to the bay area. That’s a hell of a commute though.

It’s crazy that our population is shrinking, just slightly. But our home prices continue to skyrocket. I don’t think we’re in bubble territory yet but we’re also probably not that far off either.

Don’t understand this as everybody wants to leave this state!! Lol. Houses in my area are selling for thousands over asking in hours. Also, new areas like Ontario Ranch have built hundreds of houses in the past few months.

I grew up in a rural town outside of Modesto. I’m utterly SHOCKED at the prices of Modesto, escalon, Oakdale, ripon etc. like what the ****
