There are many, many "rich" neighborhoods in the Bay Area that are less than 50 percent White. The highest achieving schools are less than 20 percent White.

They are tech oriented. Tech oriented communities are expensive but don't have the glamour and glitz and social status of the Westside of LA.

Not wealthy Chinese so much anymore and not Mexicans either. California's future immigrants will be Central Americans, Uzbeks, Afghans, Arabs, Sikhs, middle income but less elite Hindus, Nepalese, and Black Africans.
