Now these are serious questions. They have been on my mind for quite some time now, especially since I live in Southern California and am a single cautious man.

1) Apart from the US court system (which is gender biased), do you think the California court system is different when it comes to divorce?

2) Is the CA court system gender biased when it comes to domestic violence? Will women get away with it here like in other states?

3) How strict is the CA court system when it comes to people making false accusations such as rape? Men have been ruined by such allegations.

As someone who's been through the family law system multiple times, I can say it is biased towards women(especially when it comes to custody, child support, and alimony), but they are also willing to give the men second and third chances that they don't deserve(like my wifes ex-husband getting visitation despite spending time in prison for pointing a firearm at a police officer).

As far as your other questions, can't help you

I have to counter with this .....

As a FEMALE, I can say the CA Family Law court (at least the one I had the pleasure of dealing with) is biased toward MEN!!! I was royally screwed!

As a lawyer, my professional opinion is that the CA courts are generally fair and equitable to all parties, of course, the party who puts on the better case is generally going to prevail, but that goes for any court in the U.S.
