It's SE of Bakersfield.

It's only redeeming quality is the road out of it east to Tehachapi. Very pretty.

Never been there. Heard of it but don't know too much about it. Read a little on the City Data.Com site and didn't see too much that caught my interest. Maybe the Mayor could do more to advertise the city.

Can you tell me why I would want to visit Arvin?
