Bingo!

I thought K was an odd choice for a model number, but there you have it.

Really, you're looking for a diesel RV with basement storage. Everything else on your list can be added/upgraded. And an extra bathroom can be converted to more storage.

Great comment and thanks for the link. DH will be interested.

I liked the basements where the compartment went all the way through to the other side. From our limited experience so far it seems like you have to buy a rig of a longer length like 38 feet to get that spaciousness downstairs.

You're welcome!

Before you put any money down, be sure to google up both the model and the retailer you're proposing to buy from. Lotta sharks in this marketplace, apparently.

Also, lots and lots of YouTubes about living in, traveling in, and repairing/modifying RVs. No need to go into this blind.

A Segway could be hazardous at best in many places that are pleasant for camping. You have to go on a highway to get to a store.

Some parks limit the size of a rig that will be allowed. Check National Parks and National Forests.

Fluff, Do you have a swing-out bumper 'enclosed-pod' on your existing RT for the Segways? The tall Propane pod ought to be about the correct size.

I was looking for small cars to fit in the pass thru-storage of Silver Eagle.

Too many yrs commuting on MC (in Colorado), so now (retired) I really like HEAT and wipers!

Or that extra bath could be converted to washer dryer room with storage.
