No, that part of the virus is inactive. I suppose in that sense it's similar to a flu vaccine.

Im hoping that would be the case, but regardless it a step in right direction.
Even if she does HIV it manageable and the meds that are out today squash the virus to wear it is undetectable and HIV patients live full lives.

This thread was started at beginning of Summer, is this practice being used more.
