Depends on the type of cancer. Many result in lingering, painful deaths. I don't know where you got this info!

you need to do what is going to help make you happy and take your mind off your condition as much as possible; forget the dumb doctor, seek help where you want, travel as long as you feel well enough and try to enjoy the time you have left.

BTW: has anyone noticed he has not posted since that first day?
