Here's a very large study of over 120,000 postmenopausal woman by researchers at Albert Einstine School of Medicine showing that the woman who consumed red or white meat for over eight years during the study have no higher levels of breast cancer than those who didn't consume meat.
I dont know what you are talking about, they even have found that meat is actually good for cancer patients.
Don't know what planet you are living on but anyone could see that most health related articles/studies have been ant-meat for quite some time. Blaming the meat as opposed to the way its raised, processed and cooked. Also blaming saturated fat for heart disease which ppl to this day still believe...lol

Not blaming the meat, blaming the quantity of meat we eat and burned meat.
Not necessarily meat itself, if you search you will find studies done that shows a that meat is good for certain cancer.
Anyway i don't tell people how to eat but for myself i eat alot of meat along with cruciferous vegetables, berries and fat especially olive oil as i want to eat the way our genome has been primed for 1.8 million years since the first humans walked the earth as i despise grains. Grains burn my intestines for days as it's like eating a poisonous plant when i consume them and to a lesser degree legumes. The only thing that soothes them after eating grains is either plain fatty yogurt or fatty hamburger just by itself.

There is evidence that saturated fat correlates with heart disease. Genetics and other factors can also come into play in relation to heart disease, but diet is a huge factor.

Cancer feeds do carbs so many C patients are put on a low or no carb diet.
Same for many other diseases so where in the *ell does it make sense to eat crap until you are knocking on deaths door ? ....................
Prolly as much sense as never checking fluids in your car until the motor freezes up AND THEN putting in a quart of oil and hopeing this action will fix it ...............
