Good morning cyn and friends.

Good Morning cyn and friends. Today commemorates a tragic day in our history.....And while we remember....we also can say.....we survived and are stronger, America triumphed.

Tribute to the first responders and condolences to those whose loved ones perished on that day.

That's why I love coming here Sudcaro--it's all about nice and hugs!
Well I listed some items, sold a couple of items and packed them for shipping, mowed a portion of the back yard--need to go out and finish up--another couple of hours should do it. Made DH his breakfast and my critters are good to go....just another day and I am already tired not to mention it is really hot outside today! Ugh!

I'm done!!!!!!! Seemed to take forever today--had to keep turning off the mower to go and save a frog.......have to do what I have to do! DH kept coming out to see what the problem was and I told him no problem just moving frogs out of the danger zone!
Now I hope I can sleep tonight--I've been so uptight....just to much for my tiny brain to absorb I guess.......

Before mowing, I used to have to rake one yard at a house we lived in......to get the toads safely out of harms way.

It sounds as if you DH still has good mobility if he is able to keep coming outside to see what the problem was. Does he walk out or use his power chair? Anyway.....that sounds like a good sign.

Hi, all. Yes, it's 9/11 today. In addition to my usual folks, I sent up a few words of thanks for the sacrifices that day and for the emptiness left behind.

May your day be filled with nothing but good memories and thoughts.

Hugs.

cyn I had a toad in my condo last night! There were some workers here laying new carpet in our building they kept the door propped open so I assume it came in that way. Only thing I know it squeezed under my door. I got it rehomed under a nice tree & bush last night near the pond.

I would never and I mean never harm any creature knowingly! I just couldn't. Who am I to harm anything and make that choice???? Ok, you all already know that. I'm the one that takes spiders out on a piece of paper from my house and lets them go outside. Yep, that's me--like it or not it is who I am. I can live with that! I could not live with myself if I did anything differently..My home, my yard it is a sanctuary for all living creatures--big and small. I just cannot justify doing anything different. It is who I am.
Yes elston, DH can still walk outside to the porch....not much more lately though....
