I agree with the others.
My cat is 15 and she sleeps most of the time.
She has some chronic illnesses, but some perfectly healthy cats also sleep a lot.

My cat is now 18 and 4 months old and he still sleeps a lot! I've noticed he sleeps in hiding spots more than he used to but is doing well otherwise.

Mine does that too. His favorite is a bed is one I made for him in the very back of a walk-in closet (door is always open). He sleeps there most of time.

When I moved into my new apt, I tried putting a low chest of drawers right alongside the bed.
I was still deciding what will go where.

well as far as this goes, the decision is made.
kitty decided that her bed is the underwear drawer.

only trouble is that she has a new habit of waking up at 3 am, and since she is right next to my head, that means I get up at 3 too.
