If I talk on the phone with a cordless LAN phone or my cell phone my 5 year old female cat makes strange sounds- and sometimes try to bite me!

She never exhibits this kind of behavior unless I am on the phone. Could it be she is hearing high frequency sounds emitted that I cannot hear?

This is odd..however, when I am on the cordless house phone my oldest will come up to me and try to 'chat'...she does not do this when I am on the cell phone. I am not often on my house phone. Interesting.
