This is really weird. When you look at that red building straight on, it has windows and such. Then if you move to the next house to the left and look back at the red building, it is missing its windows.

You can see the two pics were taken at different times. One has the buildings in the shade, so maybe it was taken in the afternoon, and the other has the buildings in the sun, so maybe it was taken in the morning (these are on the west side of a N-S street). So obviously somebody did something to the windows in the time between when the pics were taken.
If you switch over to Google street view's "full" view, you find out the one where they're in the shade was taken in November 2016, and the one where they're in the sun was taken July 2011.
