Just saw it for the first time a few days ago, and yeah it's pretty funny. At first I thought that it was showing cats in a bad light. But then I thought about it, and realized they were basically showing what living with a cat is actually like. To us cat people it's mostly fun. To non-cat people, probably not so much.

Today I noticed Elvira sleeping in the strangest place-the cat bed! I don't think I have ever seen her use it before. I have had that bed forever (even BEFORE I had Elvira). Very few of my cats have EVER slept in it.

FYI: It was 13 years ago today when Elvira came into our family.

I can't tell you how many things I've bought for my cat that she never used.

Years ago, my sister got a carpeted hidey tube thing from a co-worker who had bought it for her cats and they couldn't be bothered having anything to do with it. She put it in the attic and offered it up when my sister got a cat. Of course when she brought it down and put it by the door so she wouldn't forget it, her cats were all over it - and in it! She had to shake them loose to give it away.

hope the ferals stay warm tonight. I've been feeding them more lately. Best I can do.

I know-you can make houses for them. Maybe next year.
