I saw a gallinipper and a beetle in here earlier. The cats are all gathered around the fridge, so I think at least the gallinipper is hiding in there.

We used to have a lot of them at my childhood place. I liked the green ones I'm a weird person, I actually like bugs (as long as they're not poisonous or bite me... or invade my home. Have had ants do that).

Gallinippers don't usually bite, but they can. When they do they leave little red bumps that hurt, not itch. I hate them. They're so annoying. They can get pretty big, too. I still haven't found the one from last night.

We also had one of those little brown beetles in the house. They gather around the front light at night. I don't like them either.

I did save a granddaddy long legs yesterday, though. He was crawling along the wall, so I got two Styrofoam bowls and scooped him up and put him in the garden. They look scary, but their mouths are not big enough to bit a person.

Yep -- their venom is poisonous to humans, but they can't bite us! Lucky for us ...
