Deep breathing, calm thoughts of whatever reward you will give yourself when it's over, and sending good thoughts your way!

Ahhh, thanks you guys. I can barely see these words for my tears. I really needed your support. The report was only 7 pages long, not 10, but to go through painstakingly through my notes then transfer those notes to this document, and re-experience all the emotion involved in this journey with Prinny was so not easy. Trv'l, thanks for pointing out the names. Acutually they are the ones who told me what they wanted to be called. How about Sass-a-Frass? And then there is Karma. and.......but I won't give away all my secrets at once......

God bless you guys! Now for lunch for me, and then on to deworming and maybe, just maybe some in the bathroom for the finish up....ears, teeth, fur, nails. I need 3 of me at least!!!

Oh, yes, thank God for CHOCOLATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Whew! This days' treatments are done! I managed to do 10 cats as first planned, on top of finishing the documentation I need for tomorrow's appointment with Janice Jensen, NP. Still have remedies to give, last meal of the day to prepare, spend time with Whispers which I didn't get to, clean the litters, clean up kitchen after hubs makes dinner, and make sure everyone is happy and pain-free for the night. My poor Charlie was so dang bad! He is a FLUTD, and because he just came in from the outdoors and still very wild, avoids me most of the time. I managed to get to him today, and all of his fur was just covered with dry, flakes of skin, and his whole rear rigid (neither symptom good for his dis-ease). Oh my poor baby. I've only begun two other FLUTD's on the homeopathy due to the documentation and observation involved, because I am still so busy with Prinny BUT, I put all that aside and ran for the homeopathic remedy I PRAY will help him. I also gave him Rescue Remedy to chill and doubled the amount of flower essences I usually give him. Man! I hate to see any of my babies suffering and yet I am only one person. And this guy is good at making himself invisible.

THANK YOU all for your support and prayers. I thought of the words in this thread often today and they helped! God bless all of you!!!

Wow Garden! It sounds like you REALLY have your hands full taking care of so many cats. they are so lucky to have such a loving caring Cat mom! One thing that might help immensely for all of the cats(and for you) is putting them all on a really top quality diet. I have had my cat Weejie on this diet or a variation of it since I've had him for 12. He had a history of Feline Urologic syndrome when I adopted him but this diet kept him from having any relapses for 10 years (until I stupidly took him off the diet temporarily not thinking it would be a big deal that it turned out toe be). As soon as I put him back on this diet -- no more urinary tract problems. The diet is based on what Nature intended for cats to eat. It is a supplement that you mix with meat or poultry and liver and sometimes other ingredients. Read about it at www.felinefuture.com

Thank you, Emily! I just bookmarked this site, and will go back to it to look over it intensely. Travel'er gave me a ton of sites, too which I have been going through. I am feeding my guys a raw frozen diet now called Feline's Pride and am in the process of learning how to make my own raw. I have all the materials I need. The only thing that is holding me up, is finding a source for my meat that is organic, grain free and have raised their animals in an humane way. I will not feed my cats just anything. They have been so ill, and they are now beginning to look and act well after, for some of them, years of treatments and remedies, and me searching and studying ways in order to cure them. I have 8 cats with FLUTD or the FUS as you have. For those of you who don't know, this disease is fatal if not properly taken care of.

Again, (((HUGS))) for the help and the site. All the help that has come my way has been so awesome, and I am so grateful. Blessings, Emily!
