Comedians have to realize there is a thin line between comedy and being disrespectful. Joking about a woman being shipped off be raped is crossing the line. I don't know who in their right mind could find anything remotely funny or hilarious about it. This a mother, wife and someones child we're talking about. How would you like if someone said that about someone you loved???

"New rule: now that Hosni Mubarak has released Lara Logan: he must put her intrepid hotness on a plane immediately. In exchange, we will send Elisabeth Hasselbeck" (a joke made, it should be noted, before anyone was aware that Lara Logan had been abused).
As I mentioned before.....no one knew about the "hand-rape" when Bill Maher made that joke. He was just joking that we should trade Elisabeth in return for Lara. How could Bill make a joke about a rape no one even knew about at the time?
But hey......don't let the FACTS get in the way when you form your opinion.....Elisabeth sure didn't.
This is just one GLARING example of why no one should ever take what Elisabeth has to say seriously.....she can't be bothered with pesky details......like the TRUTH, especially before she sets out to trash someone she personally doesn't like in the first place.
What a shinning example she is setting for her children.
Hmmm.....is that an "Elisabeth" problem, a "conservative" problem.....or both.
Even if a man did insult a woman. A woman has her freedom of speech, high paying job, and so forth to withstand it.

I finally watched this. So what's the problem??? Doesn't Bill Maher make a good living ripping people apart? Does it bother people to see him get a taste of his own medicine? I do think she put herself on his level with too much reaction. But as I said in a prior post, I've seen obnoxious behavior from most of the other women in that show. Maher ~ I just choose not to add to his ratings.

imho-----all the view women are mean and nasty(except sherry)---and are in the same category as maher,letterman,leno-----tasteless pseudo intellectuals
