My friend Scott Plank was from Fort Lauderdale....last feature length film was the Disney Movie Holes. ( deceased ) Actually he was born up north but relocated when he was 10 I think.
There's a bunch that live in Miami. David Caruso, Andy Garcia, Billy Joel, Gloria and Emilio Estefan, Ricky Martin, Enrique Iglesias, Lenny Kravitz, I think Rosie O'Donell owns a home here, as well as Matt Damon.. those are the ones I know of.
