Pay phone call to cell phone - What is call info? (format, receive)

For a call made to a cell phone from a pay phone, does anyone know what information about the origin of the call (such as perhaps phone number plus "Unknown caller") is available to be saved in the cell phone's call history?

Unkown Caller will show up in the calls received history, along with (in most cases) how long theyve been on the htat call for.
