What are the best deals out there right now to get the 6s Plus? I really want the iphone..specifically just for the camera..but I'm not a gadget type or enthralled enough to throw down a grip of cash for a phone. Are there any reasonable deals out there right now?
Currently with T-mobile with my Asus Zenphone @ $70/mo and do not want to go any higher. I know Sprint apparently has an "unbeatable" deal right now, but their service sucks in my area.
There are no deals. It's going to be the same no matter where you go. You can pay full price or pay for it monthly through T-Mobile. This will add probably $28/mo to your bill. You might be able to get a on-contract price from ATT for $250-$300 but your bill will probably be a little higher.

T-Mobile and Sprint are also offering you a lease; you never actually own your iPhone, you’re just borrowing it until the next one comes around. AT&T and Verizon have structured their deals as installment plans, where at the end you own the device and are free to keep it, sell it, use it as a coaster, whatever you choose.
There are no deals to purchase the phone, but you can lease it for a lot less.

With T-Mobile you own the device once you pay for it if you opt for an equipment installment plan. There's also the JUMP plan where you lease the device and return it at the end of the lease or you can pay it off and keep it.
