Now, those are severe examples but still, they are so tuned out. What are they looking at....that they can't put down until they are at least sitting comfortably somewhere?
Pokemon hunting? LOL

But also, if they're walking and looking at their phones, it could be they're following a map, or trying to find a specific location.
