It is hard to know where to start with our research. So far, we really like the area, but that doesn't tell us what it will be like to build a life for our family here.
Do you have kids? While your here check out the schools. FYI School starts August 16th for CCSD. I would have a Realtor or a person you know that lives here give you a tour. It really helps get a local's perspective. I live in Park West and really like it here. We'd like to in the future build a home with a little more land maybe Darrell Creek. There is so much to do here and life is great. I previously live din NJ, VA, NC, FL and honestly this in my favorite area.

I lived in Rivertowne but if I had kids then Park West would be higher on my list then Rivertowne, Belle Hall, Hamlin Plantation, and most any other area up 17 and/or out 41.

Close to the best schools in the area, bike/walking paths all over, places for kids to go, diversified pricing, etc.
