My husband and I are putting our home (Delaware) up for sale in March and relocating to Summerville!! I need advice from the locals with a couple of things.
I need good realtor to help me find a rental home.We figured this is easiest to do for a year then buy.
The best way for us to find jobs. Is career builder, monster, etc big down there?? I work for a dental office as an HR Leader and Certified Dental Assistant.
I've already looked into schools for my 6 year old so I'm good there.
Any help you could offer would be great!!!

Beware of rental ads on CraigsList.......TONS of scams masquerading as legitimate rentals. I know this from personal experience and also from others on this forum who've encountered it. Actually, I would avoid CraigsList altogether for rental housing.
