Stopped in the other day. So far, it is not rented but there are two prospects. I was told they are trying to get it approved to put in a restaurant/ bar with live entertainment. I hope it's geared more towards the older crowd (30's and up) with cover bands from the 70's, 80's and 90's, Hopefully, the bands will start earlier around 8 PM as well and maybe a band on a Sunday afternoon. Many of the places start too late for us older folks. LOL

That would be cool. Also nice for the 30ish crowd, who work 6-7 days a week and get to work at 6am
Read in the news that Mellow Mushroom will be opening in the old Perkins location on Main st. It's a shame because that would have been a good addition to downtown Summerville if they moved into the Sweetwater Grill location instead.
