Can anyone recommend subdivisions in Summerville in a safe area with single homes 100K give or take? We'd like to drive around and look at them so include a street name as a reference. We know about Sangaree but that's about it. We prefer a decent sized yard or not where homes are on top of each other. Schools are not an issue.

I-26 to exit 199a, 17a south to Richardson make a right at the light, Montreux will be on your right, make a left at the next light Cedar St. Cedar street curves to the right and becomes Central Ave, follow that until you see the Food Lion the next four streets, including the two in front of food lion, lead into Corey Woods and Waring Hall...

There is one house on my street that is real cheap, don't know why, but it hasn't sold in nearly a year on the market...
