4. Environmentalists and property owners will fight it until the end of time.


Only way to fund it will be increasing taxes (gas tax), and yeah...

Maybe in another 20 years, who knows

What is being built in Summerville at the corner of North Main and Royle Road diagonally across from CVS? Lokks like maybe a chain restaurant?

Also what at the site of the former service station next to Craker Barrel in Summerville? A new service station/convenience store?

Because of the new construction popping up, there's been a price drop on condos and townhomes, and there's some pretty good deals on pre-owned condo/townhomes in Mount Pleasant currently.
