Charleston School of Law-Need Apt (apartments, to rent, condo)

I am planning on attending CSOL off of Mary St, and would relocate to Charleston in July. I would like to be able to walk to the school.Can anyone recommend apartments or listings?

You could look into renting an apartment at 33 Calhoun... they are very very nice and new and close to the Law School (a couple blocks). Price might be more around $1300-$1600 a month though for a 1 bedroom. There are much cheaper apartments right across the street from the law school (called the courtyards) but they leave much to be desired... But you could always look for a carriage house type place, etc in the area, you should not have a problem finding something nice and close by since you are willing to spend the money.

I am looking for 2 new roommates for a condo in The Retreat. It is right off of Folly Road and takes about 10 minutes to get downtown. It is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom unit and comes with ammenities - clubhouse with study rooms, pool, fitness center, and its a gated community.
