Well, they came to the USA in 1969 and she was born in 1974 so most likely not. Most likely green card. What is your point?

Personally, they should give automatic citizenship and $1000 to anyone that would live in Bamburg. Talk about a shthole.

Back then it may not have taken five years to get a green card. We arrived in 1997 and did not apply for two years because husband was travelling in and out of country. When you submit your green card application you have to apply for a special visa to travel outside of the USA. We got our green cards in 2001. We could have gotten them sooner.
