Can any residents, past or present tell me anything about this community.

One house we looked at today on Two Pond Loop there was nice for rent. Then found online that 15 houses have been sold or rented within the last year.

Could be a high transient neighborhood or high crime?

Any comments appreciated.

I drive past Brookhaven a couple of times a week. Not what I would consider a high crime area, although Jamison Terrace nearby has some (definitely not all, just some) sketchy streets. Brookhaven is in my Next Door area, so I checked what was posted recently and all I saw was one home invasion and a vehicle break-in this past summer. Other than that, seems like a lot of yard sales. I've never driven into the subdivision, but have thought as I was driving by that it is kind of hidden by all that privacy fencing which limits visibility and might make it a good target for thieves. Limehouse Rd. is fairly well-traveled but you can't see into the subdivision from the road. As for transients, it seems to me that there is a lot of moving in and out on this side of town. Maybe the military presence? Houses turn over frequently in the Bridges, too, and there's nothing bad about that neighborhood. Hope that helps! If you want, I could ask on ND for any input. I know I'll get a response from a realtor guy who owns some rentals there although I'm not sure how impartial his opinion will be!
