I just wanted to say that I was surprised today when I found a $25 gift certificate in my mail from Hyman's. We visited this restaurant in the summer (for the 2nd time) and the food was NOT good. The first time we went, we thought it was very good, so we were very disappointed. We spoke to the manager and filled out a comment card. We got a long letter explaining their devotion to customer service and a gift certificate. Wow! We will be going back next time we are visiting Charleston, or Palm Island for a Beach Day!
yes, Hymans has always had an excellent customer service and appreciation system in place....birthday discounts, anniversary, etc.....that means a lot when someone appreciates your business!
