I don't smoke either, but I am against the government telling private business owners what they can and can not do with their private property......

Property Rights were and are one of the fundumental reasons for the formation of this country.....

I agree. I detest the smell of smoke...especially when I am eating. However, I detest much more the government telling a business person how they can operate their business.
