Okay unless you are some covert spy and have access to secret information -- if you are hearing there is a 'blackout' or 'coverup' - guess what -- there is no blackout anymore. By the time you find out in little town Charleston you have to figure its common knowledge.

You can bet bottom dollar that the general public does not know
half of this story because it IS being covered up. You could hear
the gasps from the UK when it got out that TPTB knew about the
troubles on this oil rig prior to the explosion.

So, yeah in a sense there is covering up and a blackout. This story just with
any and every other hot story there is out there.
