It won't necessarily mean more jobs here, other than construction, because the jobs are already at Leon Sullivan and Greenbrier St. Just relocating them to a newer building. Which is still nice i suppose.

yeah but the addition of a new office building in SC would be great, plus its right near downtown SC to help out local businesses

Very true, SC downtown has really taken off recently. Lot's of cool shops and restaraunts near the Mound.

For sure, I think that whole area is ready for some fast growth. With the lots made avalable by building 82, I could see some more office buildings or even some retail!
