I've noticed a lot of people in my area advertising cooking services from their home. That is, they post a menu and you select what you want. You then stop by and pick it up. I always thought that was illegal. Is it?
You should try it. I've never been disappointed and the convenience is great if it's a neighbor. I'm sure it's not legal to operate a restaurant without going through osha. That wouldn't hold me back from enjoying it. Have you ever eaten at a friends house? Cooked for your family at home? It's no more unsafe than that.
