Hi all,

Was wondering what kind of nasty creatures you have to deal with in your part of the country - mice, stink bugs, roaches, silverfish, etc.?

nasty creatures? pretty subjective, but if you're kind of a sissy about life forms then we have horrors of all types imaginable...

wolf spiders, black widows, orb weavers, forest spiders, daddy longlegs, water spiders, copperheads, rattlesnakes, black snakes, corn snakes, rat snakes, garter snakes, king snakes, water snakes, mice, voles, moles, rats, muskrats, possums, raccoons, squirrels, carpenter bees, honey bees, yellow jackets, wasps, hornets, cicada killers, cicadas, termites, boring beetles, silverfish, earwigs, roaches, palmetto bugs, stink bugs, ants, fire ants, chiggers, fleas, ticks, biting flies, gnats, caterpillars, inch worms, moths, butterflies, birds, deer, beavers, dragonflies, japanese beetles, june bugs, click beetles, centipedes, millipedes, and the list really goes on and on.

if it can fly, bite, sting, buzz, itch or irritate... we probably have it. as does the entire southeast.

Now really, do all those things tend to populate your house at one time?! That sounds like a bad movie...

You have to make room.. Account for them when buying a home. The folks that have problems are the ones who don't buy enough home and end up having to share personal space with our friends.. It's bad enough sharing the common areas..

Of course not. I answered the question you posted originally. Which asked about our "part of the country". Not our part of the house.

Although I have seen a beaver in my bedroom.
