I would really like to try T'ai Chi to see if it helps my fibromyalgia. Does anyone know of any good classes?

Thanks!

I would call dr.wang in Ballantyne and they should know of a good class in S Charlotte. I have heard that acupuncture and T'ai Chi along with Qi Gong are really good for fibromyalgia. Good luck!

Default Try the Peaceful Dragon in Charlotte

I have been going to the Peaceful Dragon since December - great place for a tia chi - they work with all levels for fitness and health.
