We had Direct TV for 12 years. Switched to ATT U-Verse a year ago in September. Switched to TW in Oct 2011 with no contract. As soon as ATT calls with a deal, we're switching back to ATT. TW is driving us nuts because their equipment is inferior to ATT's and even TW's techs agree - ATT has better equipment and better overall service. We should have tried ATT retention before the switch to TW. We had issues with ATT's Customer-No-Service due to a language issue on a few of the calls. Each of the services have their issues, but I am now convinced that ATT, with their faults, is better than TW, with Direct TV in second place behind ATT. Just my humble opinion.
