I am looking to relocate near Mount Pleasant. I will be looking for work in construction and medical. I need an affordable safe neighborhood to raise a 5 yr old as well as good elementary school. What is the avg rent for 3 bed/2 bath home? Thanks for your help.

I think that it is likely Highland Park. It is close to Concord Mills and other places.
