Agreed. I though it was a strange question, as Pulte doesn't doesn't market themselves to that high-end market. Toll Brothers is closer to the quality of custom builders.

definitely agree with the john weiland homes...but between pulte and toll brothers id say toll brothers hands down!!!

I would never want a Toll Bros home!! We have a Toll Bros neighborhood right down the street from us and every house looks almost exactly the same. Very boxy. We seriously looked into them when we were seeking more square footage. Everything was an upgrade. Personally, I would look for a smaller builder or custom.
