I can't imagine how crestliner would function in Latin America, where it's basically every neighbors right to hold parties, honk their horns, let dogs bark at any hour. Maybe he needs to move to Switzerland to find unobtrusive neighbors.

Good thing we're not in Latin America, huh?

People are different these days for sure, but can you gauge them enough to see if they are reasonable folks? Maybe walk over with a beer and kindly explain that it is quite late to be working away at it.

Times have changed though. People seem to just be azzholes these days.

Have you ever tried speaking with him? Sometimes that works.

Your neighbor sounds like a knucklehead. Like the people who sit on old airbags and then explode them for the thrills.

Hopefully the call ot 911 resolved it.

Don't get me started on horns. My one redneck neighbor had someone come pick him him. Been many years since I've heard someone lay on the horn to announce their arrival. I've never understood that one versus getting your ass out of the car or I don't know use your cell phone.

It's one of the most inconsiderate things out of that house since their were roosters living there as pets.
