What subdivisions in Huntersville have good school districts. We looking to buy a single family or townhome (price less than 250K)..we want to move into nice neighborhood with good school districts.
I agree with PP. In that price range, I'd look in Cedarfield, Monteith Place and Park, Melbourne, Hampton Ridge, Wynfield Forest....just depends on whether you want a new or "used" home. The problem with CMS in general is you could pick a house/schools now and they could change again between elementary and high school....especially with the lake still growing/new neighborhoods/etc... Search for Lake Norman Mommies and you can ask about specific schools on their forum, they have a wealth of "real life" feedback, not just generalizations. I found it very helpful when we decided.
I would also make sure that you take a look at the MS and HS too just to be sure.
