NJ has some of the wealthiest and most beautiful suburbs in America.

Not to mention, the natural beauty of the Palisades, which face the man-made canyons of Manhattan, is stunning.

Hate I missed the post! And yes, 1 is the loneliest number . . . or so we are told, lol.

Relocating is not always a wondrous adventure. I have certainly found that there are places I feel at home and cities where I simply am uncomfortable.

To the OP: good luck with your move.

Jersey doesnt have any special place in my heart after growing there.. but in comparison, what I do miss is that Jersey has Real Suburbs. City - Suburbs - Shore. Charlotte has a psuedo-city with surbuban feel, surrounded by a void of nothingness. Praying to god I get a relocation within the few months not that my commitment here is complete.

Lol pretty funny.

I miss jersey too, but I'm also 'comfortable' here for now. I miss jersey girls, they are a rare and unique breed.

It all traces back to emans youth, where he was told by his dying grandfather to find a woman who would show him a lot of gratitude, but poor eman misheard, and has since spent his life looking for a woman who will show him a lot of attitude.

This is exactly why many people love Charlotte. I was born and raised in NJ and every time I go back, I miss Charlotte more. The weather is much better, less people and less taxes. NJ has some great things and I don't let people bash it, but to say Charlotte is surrounded by a void of nothingness is stupid.
