It's not in Cotswold... but only 5 minutes away in MP/Eastover.
I think it's the best Thai in town.
Their menu doesn't show Mee Krob, which is a requirement. I'll call tomorrow and see if they have it. I've never been to a Thai place that didn't. The distance isn't an issue.
If distance isn't an issue, try Monsoon on South Blvd. Not that far and IMHO the best Thai in Charlotte. Excellent food, service and prices. Their mee crob is the best I've ever had.

That distance may be an issue. My dinner guest is coming from Concord to Cotswold for a meeting, and I don't know how much farther she is willing to drive for dinner.
I think that place was/is owned by the people who owned the Thai place at Central and Rosehaven years ago. I liked their food.
We met at Dee Jai Thai. I asked if they had Mee Krob and was told no. I asked if they had anything like and was told no, but he said something about Larb. I didn't catch all of it so I ordered spring rolls. They were almost entirely cabbage and didn't have much flavor. The women next to me got their appetizer which looked surprisingly like Mee Krob. It turns out that Larb...whatever..is basically Mee Krob with cabbage leaves instead of lettuce. The women had asked for lettuce. Oh well.
The Pad Thai was good and had plenty of chicken and shrimp.
The Thai Tea tasted like something between burnt rubber and brake fluid. I've had it numerous times at different places and it never tasted anything like that. Had I not ordered it, I would not have known that it was supposed to be Thai Tea.
