I sent an email to ask about the rental prices for Shads Landing (it's being built off of Prosperity Church Rd.). These are the price quotes:

Rentals are on a month-to-month basis. Studio prices are $1,595-$2,050 a month, 1 Bdr $2,150-$2,995 & 2 Bdr $2,995-$3,395. With a second person charge of $450.

Wow!

You are gettting a lot more than an apartment and standard ammenities for that price.

But I wonder, who can possibly afford to pay that much a month? I guess I'd need to figure in what it would cost to make your own meals and have your own car for transporation?

Then again, it sure beats by about half the monthly cost of an Assisted Living center I was looking into recently.

Not me but I agree if you map out all the things 'built in' to that price if it would seem better. I didn't note if the price included utilities but that would offset the cost if that were the case.
